How It Works: You choose a home from our selection, at time of signing our purchase agreement, the full purchase price of the home is due.

Gold Package
Fee: $1250
Homes Eligible: Pre-Owned
How It Works: Select up to (4) pre owned homes from our inventory, after you have selected the homes, full payment of the homes will need to be made. Titles will be overnighted, set up and delivery included in the cost.

Value Package
Fee: $875
Homes Eligible: Pre-Owned
How It Works: Upon signing of our contract and payment of our supplier fee, our in house purchasing team procures homes direct to your budget, and other requirements. Our team will send you up to five homes weekly for you to choose from, until your limit of (3) homes has been reached. Once the homes have been chosen and approved by you, we close on the homes and at that time payment is to be made in full for the homes. The homes are then delivered and set up, at and additional cost.
Finance Package
Fee: $500
How it Works: You choose any pre owned home/homes. The down payment is 20% of the total price of the home. The down payment and fees are due at the time of signing. WFH will finance the contract for 18 months at 4% interest.
